Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the use of our meeting room. We appreciate your interest and would like to provide you with the necessary information.
The Board of Directors has implemented the following rules:
- The meeting room is reserved exclusively for official homeowner associations within the Skyland Fire Protection District.
- The facility meeting area is limited to our small meeting room, located at 9 Miller Road S.
- Occupancy levels are limited to comply with the local fire code, allowing a maximum of 20 people.
- Food and drink will not be allowed in the meeting room.
- A usage fee of $50.00 will be due before the meeting date.
- The meeting space will only be available during the months of January, April, July, and October.
- To ensure fair access, each association is limited to 4 meeting requests per year.
If your requirements do not meet the above criteria or if you need a meeting space for family gatherings or other non-homeowner association-related activities, we recommend reaching out to the Avery's Creek Community Center. They offer additional meeting spaces for rent, and you can contact John Humphrey at 823-230-8553 for further assistance. Please note that all fees and agreements for the community center are made directly with their staff.
